Event Domes: A Symbol of Unforgettable Events.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms of Trade, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them: (a) "Event Domes" refers to the geodesic, positive pressure domes offered for rental or sale by Event Domes LTD. (b) "Customer" refers to the party entering into any agreement with Event Domes LTD for the provision of event dome and related services. (c) "Services" refer to the rental or sale of Event Domes and all associated event services provided by Event Domes LTD.

2. Orders and Pricing

2.1 Orders for Event Domes shall be made in writing, either through email or via Event Domes LTD's official website.

2.2 Pricing for Event Domes and related services shall be provided in a detailed proposal, which will be customized based on the specific requirements and event details provided by the Customer.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the total amount as specified in the invoice issued by Event Domes LTD.

3.2 Payment terms shall be [insert payment terms, e.g., 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event date].

3.3 Late payment or non-payment shall be subject to a late payment fee of [insert fee percentage] per month, calculated on the outstanding balance.

4. Delivery, Setup, and Removal

4.1 Event Domes LTD shall arrange for the delivery, setup, and removal of Event Domes at the agreed location and time as specified in the agreement.

4.2 The Customer shall ensure that the event site is ready for the delivery and setup of the Event Domes, providing suitable access and a level foundation, as specified by Event Domes LTD.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer

5.1 The Customer shall be responsible for providing all necessary permits, licenses, and permissions required for the installation and use of Event Domes at the event location.

5.2 The Customer shall ensure the safety and security of Event Domes during the rental period, adhering to all safety guidelines provided by Event Domes LTD.

5.3 Any damage to Event Domes or associated equipment caused by the Customer or their guests shall be the responsibility of the Customer, and any repair or replacement costs shall be borne by the Customer.

 

7. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the following cancellation fees shall apply: (a) [Insert cancellation policy, e.g., 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days before the event date; no refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date.]

6.2 In the unlikely event that Event Domes LTD cannot provide the agreed-upon Event Domes and services, a full refund of any payments made by the Customer shall be issued.

 

8. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Event Domes LTD shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury to persons or property arising from the use of Event Domes and associated services, except where such damages, loss, or injury are a result of the negligence or willful misconduct of Event Domes LTD.

7.2 The Customer shall indemnify and hold Event Domes LTD harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use of Event Domes and services by the Customer or their guests.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms of Trade shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Trade shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

By proceeding with an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Trade.
